Our company is based in Hackensack, New Jersey, and provides firearm training services that comply with New Jersey state laws and regulations.
North Jersey Firearms Training offers a range of firearm training courses, including those for Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permits in New Jersey. Our training includes safety protocols, marksmanship, legal responsibilities, and other essential topics for responsible firearm ownership and use.
Our hours of operation are Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM, and we are located at 15 Warren St, Suite 34, Hackensack, NJ 07601. You can contact us at (201) 296-8842 or by email at northjerseyfirearmstraining@gmail.com.
To participate in our courses, you must be legally eligible to own and possess a firearm in the state of New Jersey. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and meet any other legal requirements for firearm training in New Jersey.
By booking a training session with North Jersey Firearms Training, you agree to pay the fees associated with the course. Payments must be made through the available methods on our website or as otherwise communicated to you.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your training session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.
By participating in our training programs, you acknowledge that firearms can be dangerous. North Jersey Firearms Training assumes no responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss of life incurred during or after participation in any of our courses. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Jersey Firearms Training, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability.
You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearms while participating in our courses. You agree to follow all safety procedures and guidelines provided by our instructors.
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during our training sessions or on our website are the property of North Jersey Firearms Training. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our materials is prohibited.
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal data provided to us will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
Markus is a cool guy and a very experienced firearm instructor. The firearm intro course was pretty interactive and informative. The range experience was fun!
Honestly was a great class. Coming from a state where there is open carry to NJ where the laws are ridiculous- this class was amazing to teach you. Learned a lot with all different type of scenarios, how to carry gun and hollister it. Laws and regulations. Highly recommend Marcus.

I attended my first class today. The class itself was very informative and the instructor Marcus was very knowledgeable of the laws and the weapons. We attended the gun range where he stood by your side and gave you step by step instructions on shooting the weapon. He gives you options as to which gun your comfortable with. I would recommend using him.
He is the greatest teacher to us learn how to instruction and explain understanding and used to common. Also show to properly position and point and safe.
It was my first time handling a gun. Marcus did a great job teaching me all the gun safety and how to shoot. Thanks to him I am more comfortable handling a gun. Great classroom environment for CCW portion, Instructor Marcus very knowledgeable and high energy goes a long way especially in classroom environment you want that type of energy. At the range he takes his time with the student one on one, great! especially if someone is new to handling a firearm. Definitely will take additional classes with Marcus.

Marcus is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and experienced. As a beginner, I came in a bit nervous and not knowing what to expect. Because of the small class sizes (which is ideal) Marcus was able to teach me the important information in an easy-to-understand way and personally guided me to help me feel more comfortable. Marcus Marquez @ Northjerseyfirearmstraining is a master instructor. I’m an educator, older adult and a firearms Novice. After the Introductory course, I’ve learned the essentials of Firearms Safety for NJ, such as - the best practices to ensure respect and responsibility of firearm ownership and use. Most of all he was responsive to my questions, and showed empathy for my anxiety as a mature female. After my first gun shooting at the indoor range, I remember shaking and being shocked by the power of pulling the trigger and loud bangs. Marcus showed compassion for my panic attack and with patience , he checked in with me to describe how I felt and to tell him when I was ready to proceed with the training at the range. Most of all I appreciated that he never discouraged me or made me feel badly about my initial reaction to all of the new stimulus around me. I look forward to continue my training, increased target focus and desensitization to the loud sound of shooting.
